Our Data Collection Process

EYE-WEIGH

EYEMINE-FORCE is a modular scale designed weighing system, that enables the collection of accurate data, through an onsite Load + Haul weighing process. Providing “Point-In-Time or Real-Time” weight analysis. Weighing solutions can be implemented:

  • Permanent Installation (ongoing asset validations and real-time data collection for mining optimisation)
  • Weigh Studies (5-day data collection campaigns and asset validation and performance testing)

The System can be operated in either a static or dynamic mode.

  1. For Static weighing (i.e. stopping each axle on the weighing system) the system is capable of providing accuracies of ±0.05%
  2. For Dynamic weighing (i.e. a mine truck travelling over the scale at up to 12km/h without stopping!) the system is capable of providing accuracies of ±0.5%

EYEMINE-SCAN is a non-contact mining Haul Truck Volume Scanning System used to measure loads of bulk loose material in real-time.

The EYEMINE-SCAN system scans volumetric loads of mine haul trucks in dynamic mode below an elevated scan head. Our autonomous no touch point solutions integrate unknowingly into normal mining operations, allowing the dump truck to drive under the scanned area below the scan head, allowing laser scanners which measurements per second to creating an accurate perform thousands of distance profile and volume measurement. The speed of the EYEMINE-SCAN software platform enables for fast real time calculation and analytics providing accurate key metrics, to optimize loading of each mining truck to track all commodity moved through validation performance testing or in real-tine 24/7.
